I believe we will see more upcoming guidelines on specific discussions/proposals. This is just the start of a well-versed DAO constitution. 
This paper, in my opinion, was written to provide us a clear and intelligible clarification of the BreederDao institution’s interpretation rules and what to anticipate from them.
