It would be good if there is a set of objective type of questions answerable by true or false/yes or no. This is the fastest way I think we could find out whoā€™s got the brain.

But, the team should also consider some subjective types of questions so we can assess the nomineeā€™s personal views on related topics. :+1:

Exactly! Think of it like taking school examinations. Enumerations is a must as well. For me, that is.

Great suggestion! Iā€™m thinking its also nice to add some identifications or enumerations so we know the level of knowledge a nominee has about the project.

I think thereā€™s a limit when it comes to identification. Unless the nominee gives consent. Right to privacy is still on point here so anonymity should be respected hence identification gathering is still an option.
