They’re going to have it soon, in my opinion. In fact, one of their articles already contain the definition of their disciplinary team. That should occur in no time! Let’s wait then
This is really fair enough. I find this reasonable so we can avoid scams and any type of scheme. The team is vigilant about accepting new members, so it is only fair to also set rules and regulations on proposals. This is for the benefit of everyone.
Absolutely! I support this proposition. There should be due process in every known offense.
I totally agree on this one!
Yup. They filter the best people to include in their team, which I could really say that they are worthy of our trust.
I think we should come up with a separate proposal regarding offenses. There should be different degrees/types of it with corresponding sanctions.
Hey ThunderBolt, we’d love to hear your specific thoughts on could be improved on.
There are probable circumstances that might encourage us to consider change regarding the fundamental rules depending on the gravity of the situation. However, amendments are inevitable but as section 3 states any of these changes made will be up for voting.
Sounds rly good!
I like your idea
I agree! In this case, it will be presented clearly and we will avoid community members saying “offenses” are not clearly mentioned.
Totally agree with you. This section could be improved as per majority’s opinion. Offenses should be categorized for a deeper discussion about it. By then we could again discuss our insights and suggestions.
Absolutely agree with prohibited proposals. Honestly means we won’t waste time on superficial proposals
How about this:
1st Degree Offense - warning
2nd Degree Offense - account suspension
3rd Degree Offense - total banning
Each degree corresponds to every type of offense depending on the gravity. Does it make sense?
This is on point. The classification of offenses is necessary for a more in-depth examination. Then, we may reassess our thoughts.
There’s a long list of offenses. That’s why there should be an implementing rules and regulations to specify and categorize each of them.
Yes. I think that so-called implementing rules and regulations will give an answer to the questions on how to properly address each disputes on section 3 of Article VI.
This makes perfect sense.
Makes sense! Then just add the specified offenses per each degree of offense.
I like the idea! Thanks for this one, sir!
I hope the jury will notice.
